Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how 75VPN handles relevant data when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Processing is limited to information necessary for account management, order fulfillment, traffic measurement, route maintenance, and security. Please read the following terms before using the service. Continuing to visit the website or use the user panel indicates that you understand the data practices described in this policy.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. The system stores the username, securely processed authentication credentials, account status, and plan status to identify the account, maintain login status, and provide subscription services. Do not include real identity information in the username.

After an order is created, the system records the plan item, order status, amount, payment channel, creation and completion times, and necessary transaction identifiers. These records are used to verify payments, deliver services, process refund requests, investigate unusual orders, and meet financial verification needs. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat / USDT.

When visiting marketing pages or the user panel, the system may process page URLs, referring pages, browser type, device category, access time, approximate region, and error information. This access data helps assess page performance, identify compatibility issues, and improve site navigation. It is not used to build a profile of the international websites users browse.

No-Logs Policy and Route Diagnostics

75VPN does not record which websites users visit, or retain request content, web page content, DNS query content, or historical records that could be used to reconstruct specific browsing activity. The service does not maintain persistent connection logs for the purpose of continuously tracking an individual's network activity.

To measure plan traffic, maintain account status, keep international routes operating, and address abuse, the system processes used traffic, connection results, error types, and necessary technical status. This data supports service delivery and troubleshooting; it is not used to analyze specific access content. Temporary diagnostic information is retained only as long as needed to address faults, security incidents, or disputes. Once the purpose is complete, it is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. Account traffic summaries are updated according to plan rules to display the remaining available traffic.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface options, and necessary session identifiers. This data keeps selected settings in place as users move between pages and supports normal operation of the user panel. Disabling necessary storage may prevent login status from being maintained, remove language settings, or make some account features unavailable.

Authentication information in local storage should be treated as part of the account credentials. After using a public device, users should log out and clear browser data. Clearing Cookies and local storage does not automatically delete orders or account records on the server. To delete account data, submit a request through the method described in this policy.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Services

Payments are handled by the selected payment channel. Payment providers may collect information needed to complete a transaction under their own rules, subject to their privacy policies and terms of service. 75VPN receives transaction results, channel information, and necessary transaction identifiers to confirm orders, but does not store complete payment credentials held directly by payment providers.

Relevant data is provided to service providers performing the corresponding functions only when necessary to complete payment, keep the site running, handle security incidents, or meet applicable requirements. Providers should process data only for the agreed purposes and within the necessary scope, and may not use it for unrelated purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion Methods

Account data is retained while the account remains active to maintain login access, plan status, and service delivery. Order records are retained for as long as needed to process payments, refunds, disputes, financial verification, and necessary compliance matters. Access statistics and diagnostic information are kept only for the shorter period necessary for operation and maintenance; when no longer needed, they are deleted or converted into aggregated information that cannot directly identify an account.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through a ticket. To prevent another person from acting on the account, account verification may be required before processing. After a deletion request is confirmed, data without an ongoing fulfillment, security, or necessary retention basis will be removed. Records still needed for unfinished orders, disputes, or security incidents will be deleted after the relevant purpose ends.

Policy Updates and User Choices

This policy may be updated when service features, data practices, or applicable rules change. Revised versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be adjusted. If a change materially affects the scope of account data processing, users will be prompted to review it through appropriate site notices.

Users should review this page regularly. If they have questions about updated data practices or wish to exercise their rights to access, correct, or delete data, they can submit a request through the ticket page in the user panel. Stopping use of the service does not automatically delete order records that remain subject to necessary retention, but account data can be handled by following the process described above.
