75VPN Help Center
Account, subscription, connection, route selection, and billing guidance are collected here. Check the symptoms first, then adjust the configuration. For account or order verification, submit a ticket through the user panel.
Accounts & subscriptions
Registration details, subscription access, and device migration are handled through the user panel. A subscription contains account configuration, so manage it as personal account information and do not forward it publicly.
What do I need to register for 75VPN?
No email address is required. Register with a username and password. Use a unique password and keep your username safe. After registration, use the user panel to view plans, get the client, and manage your subscription. If you forget your username, describe the issue through the user panel ticket portal.
Where can I get my subscription after purchase?
Sign in to the user panel, open the client download area, and get the client and subscription for your platform. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Your subscription is part of your account configuration, so do not post it publicly in forums, screenshots, or shared documents. After importing it, refresh the route list before choosing a target region.
How do I update my subscription link?
Find the current subscription in your client and run its update or refresh action. Depending on the client, this may be labeled Update Subscription, Refresh Configuration, or Fetch Again. If the route list still does not change, return to the user panel, obtain the subscription again, and re-import it. Do not edit subscription contents manually, or later updates may fail to overwrite the local configuration correctly.
Do I need to purchase again after changing devices?
No. Changing devices does not require another purchase. 75VPN has no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, and the same account subscription can be used on supported Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux devices. On a new device, get the client and subscription from the user panel instead of forwarding account configuration files directly from an old device.
Connections & troubleshooting
Check connection issues layer by layer: local network, subscription status, client permissions, and app routing. Change one setting at a time so you can identify the source of the problem.
The client says it is connected, but one app still cannot be reached. What should I do?
First check whether the app follows the system network settings. Some apps use an independent network channel, so browser access does not mean every app will automatically use the current route. Check the client mode, app routing rules, and system permissions, then fully quit and reopen the affected app. If only one app is affected, compare another route for the target region.
The connection keeps failing after I click Connect. What should I check first?
First confirm that your local network can open common websites normally. Then update the subscription and switch to another route. Check the system date, client permissions, and whether other software that changes network settings is running. If you still cannot connect, restart the client and re-import the subscription obtained from the user panel. When submitting a ticket, include the operating system, route name, and error message.
Why can’t I see any routes after importing my subscription?
Common causes include an unsuccessful subscription update, importing it in the wrong place, or the client still showing an old configuration. Confirm that you imported the subscription entry rather than a web address, then update the client and switch to the new configuration. If the list remains empty, remove the invalid local configuration and import it again. Keep the current working settings first to avoid deleting other custom rules by mistake.
What should I do if websites still show my previous network environment after connecting?
Confirm that the client connection switch and selected route are both enabled, then close and reopen the browser page. Browser cache, built-in app connections, and routing rules may cause some requests to continue using the original path. Compare with a new browser window, and check whether the target site determines the region from account details rather than the current network environment.
Speed & routes
75VPN covers 120+ countries / 250+ routes. Choose the target region first, then compare routes based on type, intended use, and your current local network.
How should I choose a route for everyday browsing, AI Tools, and Streaming?
Filter by the region where the target service is located, then compare route types within that region. For everyday browsing, prioritize stable connections and nearby locations. AI Tools depend more on regional detection, long-lived connections, and uninterrupted streaming output. Streaming services may also identify the exit region from content availability. Since needs vary, you do not have to stay on one route permanently.
What should I do when performance slows down during peak hours?
Pause any large file transfers, then switch to another route in the same target region. Avoid changing too many settings at once, or it will be harder to identify the cause. If every route is slower, compare the direct local connection and restart the router and client. For video, lower the automatic quality first to confirm connection stability, then restore it gradually. If the issue continues, include the specific route name in your ticket.
What is the difference between IEPL, relay, and direct routes?
IEPL generally provides a more stable way to organize cross-border links and suits scenarios that require sustained connections. Relay routes first pass through a relay entry point before reaching the target region. Direct routes take a more straightforward path, but their performance is more affected by local networks and changes in cross-border routing. Route type is only one factor; consider the target region, current network, and intended use together.
Why is the same route faster on one device than another?
Device performance, wireless quality, the system network stack, background tasks, and the client mode can all affect results. For troubleshooting, connect both devices to the same network, choose the same route, and pause sync, update, and download tasks. If wired performance is stable but wireless performance fluctuates, check the local wireless environment first instead of judging route quality from a single speed test.
Billing & refunds
Monthly plans reset data on the activation date. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Choose based on usage frequency and data needs rather than a single usage snapshot.
What monthly subscription plans are available?
Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Consider whether you mainly browse the web, use AI Tools, watch Streaming content, or transfer large files, then choose based on your actual data needs rather than a single usage snapshot.
Do data packages expire?
Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They suit users with irregular usage who prefer to pay for what they consume. Monthly plans reset data on the activation date. Because the billing models differ, consider your usage pattern before choosing.
How does a mid-cycle upgrade work for a monthly subscription?
When you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, check the current plan, remaining status, and target plan in the user panel. If you only need extra data occasionally, compare the monthly plan with a non-expiring data package first to avoid changing plans more often than your schedule requires.
How do I request a refund, and which payment methods are supported?
75VPN offers 30-day refunds without requiring a reason. To request one, sign in to the user panel and submit the relevant order and refund request through the ticket portal. Avoid creating duplicate requests. Supported payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before submitting, check whether the issue comes from your local network, client configuration, or route selection, and include the necessary troubleshooting details.
Still need to verify a specific issue?
Account, order, or ongoing connection issues must be assessed based on the actual circumstances. Sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with your system type, route name, symptoms, and original error message.
