Create an account
Start by opening the 75VPN account creation page. Registration only requires a username and password; no email address is needed. Use a username you can recognize easily and do not reuse with other services. Submit the form when finished. Once the page confirms that the account was created, it is ready to use.
Sign in with the username and password you just set. After signing in, you will enter the user panel, which brings together your account overview, plans, client downloads, and order status. Installers and subscription links are not provided directly on the marketing pages; everything you need later comes from this panel, helping keep configurations for different accounts separate.
If you remain on the same page after submitting, check whether the username is already taken, whether both password entries match, and whether your browser blocked a required page request. Do not create multiple accounts to work around the message. Keep the information shown on the current page, then use the Help Center to troubleshoot the registration issue. Once the account is created, continue by choosing a plan.
Choose a Plan and Place Your Order
After opening the plans section in the user panel, first consider how you will use the service. Monthly subscriptions suit ongoing use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages deduct usage as you go, remain available until the data is used, and never expire, making them suitable for irregular use and self-managed consumption.
Price is not the only factor to compare. Everyday browsing and text-based tools usually depend more on route stability, while video and larger file transfers use more data. Using multiple devices at once can also increase consumption. Every tier supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but all devices share the data assigned to the same account, so estimate total usage rather than buying data per device.
After choosing a plan, open the order page and check the plan name, data allowance, and amount due. Then choose an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Do not submit the same order again after payment; return to the order or account overview and wait for the status to update. If you upgrade a monthly subscription, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. If you have questions about the calculation, check the order record first, then submit a ticket with the order details.
75VPN offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. This section covers the standard purchase process only; refund eligibility and handling follow the complete terms of service. Once the order is active, do not look for routes on the marketing page. Open the account overview to get your dedicated subscription instead.
Get Your Subscription Link
Once the order is active, open the account overview in the user panel. The subscription section shows your current plan status, available data, and subscription controls. Find the copy subscription link button and click it once, then check for a confirmation that the link was copied. The link is tied to your current account, so different accounts will show different content.
The subscription link lets the client read available routes and receive configuration updates. It is not a regular web address and should not be opened directly in a browser. For illustration, you can think of it as a clearly fake value like the one below; it only explains the structure and cannot establish a real connection.
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
After copying the link, keep the user panel open for the moment, then switch to the client to import it. Do not share the subscription link in public comments, screenshots, or shared documents, because anyone with the link may be able to read the configuration associated with the account. If the link was exposed accidentally, stop forwarding it and request assistance through the user panel or a ticket instead of only deleting the old configuration in the client.
If the subscription section does not appear in the account overview, return to the order records and confirm the payment status, then check whether the plan is active. If it still does not appear after refreshing, submit a ticket from the user panel. Do not copy supposed universal subscription links from search results, chat logs, or pages outside 75VPN; the correct entry point is always the account overview after signing in.
Import the Client on Each Platform
With the subscription link ready, open the client downloads section in the user panel and get the client for your system. The client and subscription have different roles: the client establishes the connection, while the subscription supplies route configuration. Installing the client without importing a subscription usually leaves no routes to choose from; copying the subscription without a compatible client cannot start a connection.
Windows Import
On a Windows device, get the 75VPN Windows client from the user panel and install it. Open the client, find the “Subscription” or “Configuration” section, and choose the option to add from a link. Paste the subscription link copied from the account overview into the address field, give the configuration a recognizable name, and select Add or Update.
After the update finishes, the client should display a list of regions and routes. Do not change several network options at once. Choose a route for the target region, then enable the system proxy or connection switch. If the client requests system permission, verify that the request comes from the 75VPN client you just installed before continuing. Once the connection status changes, follow the verification steps later in this guide.
macOS Import
On macOS, first get the corresponding client from the user panel. The first launch may ask you to confirm the app source or add a network configuration. Follow the system prompts to grant permission, then return to the client’s main screen. Find configuration management, choose Add subscription via URL, paste the link, save it, and refresh.
When the routes appear, choose the target region and start the connection. If a client status icon appears in the menu bar, use it to check the current route quickly. For the initial setup, however, the full main interface is recommended so you do not miss subscription update notices. If macOS asks again to allow a network configuration, verify the client name and source before continuing.
Android Import
On an Android device, sign in to the user panel and get the 75VPN Android client from the downloads section. After installing and opening it, go to subscription management or Add configuration, then choose Import via link. Long-press the input field to paste the subscription address, save it, run an update, and wait for the route names to appear completely.
The first connection displays a system permission window for network access. This permission allows the client to establish a system-level connection. Confirm that the app is the 75VPN client obtained from the user panel before allowing it. After granting permission, return to the route page, choose a suitable region, and start the connection. If strict background limits are enabled, visit the Help Center when the connection drops; this page does not cover system-level battery management in detail.
iOS Import
On iOS, first check the user panel for the client download method provided by 75VPN, then install a client compatible with subscription links. Open it, go to the subscription or configuration page, and paste the link through an entry such as “Add from URL.” Save and update, confirm that the route list appears, and then choose the region you plan to use.
When starting the connection for the first time, iOS asks permission to add a network configuration and verifies the action through the system. Return to the client afterward and wait for the status to show connected. If the subscription entry is hidden under More, look for labels such as Configuration, Remote Configuration, or Subscription Management; they refer to the same type of feature. Do not split the subscription into individual configurations manually. Importing the link directly makes future updates easier.
After importing on any platform, the next steps are the same: update the subscription once, confirm that the route list is visible, then choose a route and start the connection. The Linux download entry is also in the user panel. Because distributions and network environments vary, consult the Help Center for platform-specific configuration. This page stays focused on the quick-start path and does not cover command-line setup, system services, or development-environment proxies.
Connect and Verify
After importing, choose a route in the client and start the connection. Choose the region based on the service you plan to access: select the relevant region when regional content matters, or start with a nearby, stable route for everyday browsing. IEPL, transit, and direct routes represent different network paths. You do not need to test each one on your first use; connect first, then adjust based on actual access results.
Once the client shows connected, open the website or tool you intended to use and check whether pages load normally, your sign-in state remains active, and continuous actions avoid frequent interruptions. Test in a real use case rather than relying only on a single speed test. For AI Tools, send a short piece of ordinary text and check whether streaming output remains continuous. For video, play content you normally watch and observe loading and seeking stability.
After confirming normal access, return to the client and note the current route name. If a route is later under maintenance or the target service changes its regional policy, update the subscription and switch to another route in the same region. Routes come from subscription updates, so avoid keeping an old configuration indefinitely without refreshing it. When changing devices, get the current client and subscription entry from the user panel again instead of copying the entire old client directory.
Troubleshooting Order for Connection Issues
If the client shows no routes, return to the account overview to confirm the plan status, then update the subscription in the client. If the update says the link is invalid, copy the complete link from the panel again and make sure no extra spaces are included at either end. If it still cannot update, do not repeatedly edit the link. Its characters form a complete configuration identifier, and manual changes will cause the import to fail.
If routes appear but cannot connect, try another route in the same region, then stop and restart the connection. Next, check whether another tool is also controlling the network configuration. When multiple tools modify the system proxy or network settings, their states may overwrite one another. After checking, keep only the client you are currently using and connect again.
If most websites work but one tool does not, the issue is more likely related to the region, account status, or the target service’s own policy. First try another target region, then consult the AI Access Guide for region selection, long-lived connections, and developer-tool configuration. Do not repeatedly reinstall the entire environment to fix one website; doing so can make previously working settings harder to track.
When you need assistance, submit a ticket from the user panel and include the platform, the client’s current message, the selected region, and whether the issue occurred during subscription updates, connection setup, or access to the target service. The closer your description follows the actual steps, the easier the issue is to locate. A subscription link is account configuration and should not be posted on a public page or in a public discussion. Include only the information needed to resolve the issue in a ticket.
